We will encourage innovative development in the animation industry, implement actions to enhance cultural and creative products, and expand the pilot scope of cultural and creative product development in cultural heritage units; Secondly, we will promote the revitalization of cultural and tourism consumption scenarios, formulate operational guidelines for the construction of intangible cultural heritage workshops, guide the improvement and efficiency of intangible cultural heritage workshops, and launch a batch of high-quality intangible cultural heritage related products and services; The third is to guide cultural and tourism consumption activities, continue to hold national cultural and tourism consumption promotion activities, and support various regions to launch seasonal products and services such as enjoying ice and snow, escaping the cold and summer, and cultural and creative markets around traditional festivals, statutory holidays, and peak tourism seasons.
